At The Grand Entrance (thegrandentrance.in), every house nameplate is custom-crafted to your specific family name, address, and font specifications.

1. WhatsApp 3D Digital Approval Guarantee: Before laser cutting and assembly, our design team sends a 3D digital preview to your WhatsApp within 2 hours. We only begin laser fabrication after your explicit digital approval.

2. Zero-Risk Damage Replacement Guarantee: If your nameplate arrives damaged, cracked, or defective due to transit, we provide a 100% FREE replacement. Share an unboxing photo or video on WhatsApp (+91 79065 61033) within 48 hours.

3. Cancellations & Returns: Because all nameplates are custom-engraved for your home, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once fabrication begins following your digital proof approval.
